Domestic Students:

Step 1

Submit your application form, including certified academic transcripts and English Language Proficiency test scores. Alternatively. you download the application form (Domestic or International) and send it with your documents to RBS at info@rbs.qld.edu.au

If you are seeking credit for previous study or learning, please ensure you confirm this on your Application Form and complete the RBS Recognition or Prior Learning and Articulation Form. Refer to the Credit Transfer, Recognition of Prior Learning and Articulation Policy and Procedure for further information.

NOTE: If documentation is in a language other than English, an official certified translation must be included and translated by the issuing organisation or by an official translating service.

Step 2

Your application will be assessed against the entry requirements for your preferred course.

Step 3

If your application is successful, we will generate an electronic letter of offer which you will receive by email. The letter of offer includes:

  • Your name and duration of the course you have been accepted
  • Any credit you have been awarded for the previous study
  • Tuition fees and other costs
  • Links to relevant information

Once you have received your letter of offer, please ensure that all conditions in your offer schedule have been met. Complete and sign the acceptance and payment agreement and return it to RBS or our overseas representative, along with the advance deposit required.

Step 1 - Complete your application and await 24 hours for assessment

Send your completed application form with all supporting documentation, including certified academic transcripts and IELTS/TOEFL/Pearson (PTE Academic) scores (if required), to Russo Business School. If you are seeking credit for previous study or learning, please ensure you confirm this on your Application Form and complete the RBS Recognition of Prior Learning and Articulation Form. Refer to the Credit Transfer, Recognition of Prior Learning and Articulation Policy and Procedure for further information.   • Any credit you have been awarded for previous study
  • Tuition fees and other costs
  • Overseas Student Health Cover information
  • Information to assist you in preparing for your arrival
  • Accommodation information

Once you have received your letter of offer, please ensure that any conditions in your offer schedule have been met. Complete and sign the acceptance and payment agreement and return it to Russo Business School or our overseas representative, along with the advance deposit required.

Step 3 - You electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)

After accepting your offer, you will be issued with an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) via email. You will need this document in order to obtain a student visa that allows you to study in Australia. Further details will be provided once you have accepted your offer.

Step 4 - Apply for your student visa

Use your eCOE to obtain a student visa from the nearest Australian Embassy or Consulate in your home country. NOTE: Visa applications can take up to three months or more to process depending on your nationality and the country from which you are applying.

Once you have a student visa, you are ready to begin your studies at Russo Business School. As of 1 July 2016 the new Simplified Student Visa Framework (SSVF) came into effect. There are new requirements in applying for a student visa to study in Australia. It is important that you fully understand all of the requirements before applying for a visa
